With a presence in over 16 countries, Alivira combines global expertise with local market understanding to drive growth in the animal health industry.To expand our growth we are recruiting a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for Italy to lead our commercial strategy, manage key accounts, and drive sales growth across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the sales strategy for Italy in line with Alivira’s global and regional objectives.Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and expand market share.Manage relationships with key distributors, veterinarians, and other strategic partners.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business efficiency.Represent Alivira at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions in Italy and abroad.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal health or pharmaceuticals, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for building customer relationships that deliver long-term value.Experience with Large Animals is an absolute must.Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the animal health, veterinary, or pharmaceutical industry.Strong understanding of the Italian animal health market, including distribution channels and regulatory environment.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally abroad.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Company car and other benefits.Opportunities for professional development within a global organization.A supportive, collaborative, and innovative work environment.How To ApplyPlease upload your CV and a cover letter (in English) to the CV Warehouse platform.Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
