Our client is a multi-award-winning UK manufacturing company specializing in returnable packaging designed to solve handling and logistics problems within the supply chain for various industries, including retail, automotive, postal, and medical.Workplace: ItalyMissionThe ideal candidate should have previous experience in a sales role with a proven track record and be looking to progress further in a growing company.Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of Sales – Southern Europe, the responsibilities include:Developing sales across Italy.Generating new business in key market sectors such as retail, automotive, and manufacturing.Engaging in customer contact, lead generation, and B2B calls to generate business.Supporting and expanding the distributor network.Identifying new product opportunities, developing ideas into product trials, and working closely with the innovation team.Minimum of 2 years experience in selling products.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in both Italian and English (oral and written).Ability to quickly understand customer problems and suggest solutions.Willingness to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.Flexibility, reliability, and eagerness to learn.Willingness to travel frequently to the UK.BenefitsThe reward package will be competitive and commensurate with experience, capable of satisfying even the most qualified candidates.
