As Country Sales Manager for Italy, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the national sales organization, which includes both direct employees and agent partners. Your role will focus on aligning internal teams around FMC’s vision, supporting commercial execution, and delivering sales and margin targets. Working closely with Marketing and Supply, you will oversee pipeline management, lead generation, forecasting, and execution of commercial policies to meet strategic and financial goals.
