A European Sales ManagerA European Sales ManagerTIPA is a fast‑growing, international company on a mission to change the history of plastic and create a global impact by developing and manufacturing flexible, compostable packaging. We offer consumers and brands the durability and shelf life they expect from ordinary plastics, while providing a safe and sustainable end‑of‑life solution.We are looking for a talented, driven, sustainability‑minded Sales Manager to join our quickly growing EUR team, based in a European country. The role is full‑time, home‑based, but requires constant travel across Europe. TIPA’s headquarters are in Israel. The role reports to TIPA’s VP of Converting, who is based in the UK.What skills & expertise are we looking for?A minimum of 3‑5 years of presales/sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.Former experience in paper solutions.Good technical understanding of the flexible converting industry – advantageous.Former experience working with large‑scale food brands (preferably from the converting side) – highly advantageous.Multilingual – highly advantageous.Track record of delivering business growth from current and new customers.Willingness to travel throughout Europe for meetings with potential and current customers.Ability to work with an agile HQ based overseas (in Israel) and an affinity to Israel.Proactive style of personality; energetic, with high service orientation and hands‑on.Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.A degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or any related field is advantageous.
