OverviewWiseasy is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team! As a rapidly growing global company, we are looking for candidates who are open-minded, self-directed, resourceful, and dedicated to making a positive impact on our business. This role is to be based in either Europe or United Kingdom.ResponsibilitiesStrategise and ensure the forecasted sales targets, revenue, profit margin and payment collections are achieved.Develop new key clients and foster strong relationships (EU or UK region) to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, organize localised marketing campaigns to create leads.Lead the engagement of existing and potential clients and stakeholders (owners, partners, banks, government bodies, etc) to win new business, and grow existing customer accounts.Provide a continuous target improvement focus, sales cadence on pipeline creation, forecasting and market expertise to the business.Ensure accurate and timely submission in CRM for quotation, sales forecast, delivery / backlog, inventory, collection and expense reports.Collaborate with global sales, pre-sales and R&D team (in China) to provide support for local clients.Comply with Wiseasy’s policies and procedures to commit to honest and ethical business conduct.QualificationsBachelor Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering or related field.A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably within a global company.Additional experience in the digital payment industry is highly advantageous.Strong preference for candidates with experience in POS / payment terminals and a deep understanding of the payment facilitator model.Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global and culturally diverse team.Strong analytical and organizational skills, coupled with commercial acumenExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Open-minded with a positive working attitude, capable of multitasking.Independent, proactive, taking ownership and accountability for assignments.Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Proficiency in English and French or German (spoken and written).The ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.Travelling may be required.
