This role supports the expansion of our automotive business and projects.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary contact for customers, leading resources (TS&D, CSR, Supply Chain, Product Management) to manage communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including influencers, decision-makers, and sponsors in the assigned region.Understand and proactively analyze customer needs and work collaboratively to solve problems.Leverage knowledge of customer requirements and our products to develop account strategies and plans. Identify and prioritize initiatives that increase market share and operational excellence, setting annual, value-creating goals aligned with business strategy. Monitor progress through regular reporting.Manage the sales process, including contracts, pricing, volume commitments, rebates, credit management, and forecasting. Negotiate terms and capture orders effectively, using Salesforce for business development.Engage in business development by maintaining market intelligence, understanding customer organization, competitive landscape, and trends. Share insights with internal teams to boost revenue and value.Qualifications :Minimum Education RequiredUniversity degreeMinimum Experience5+ years in sales or technical sales roles, ideally 10 years. Experience in the plastics industry (3+ years) and automotive sector (5+ years).
