Don’t miss the chance to revolutionize the future with us!AIKO is looking for a Sales Manager to accelerate the commercial growth of gifted_GENE, our SaaS solution for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection in the space industry.gifted_GENE helps satellite operators and launch vehicle companies detect anomalies up to 4 days in advance, with less than 2% false positives, reducing operator workload and improving mission reliability. The solution is already trusted by leading industry players and is expanding rapidly across Europe and beyond.In this role, you will manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle for gifted_GENE, collaborating with a small SDR team (2 people) focused on lead generation and pipeline creation. You will report directly to the Mission Solutions Manager and represent AIKO at major industry events and conferences.TasksOwn the sales cycle for gifted_GENE: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.Build account plans targeting satellite operators, launch providers, and manufacturers.Deliver compelling demos and presentations that showcase gifted_GENE’s impact.Provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates directly to the Mission Solutions Manager.Represent AIKO at key space industry events, generate leads, and follow up to convert them into opportunities.Work closely with SDRs and product managers to share client feedback and influence roadmap development.Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns supporting lead generation and deal progression.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with closing responsibility.Demonstrated success in building and managing pipeline.English mandatory (professional proficiency).French and Italian highly appreciated given our key markets.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Availability to travel internationally for industry events and client meetings.Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with the space sector (satellite operations, launchers, ground systems).Knowledge of predictive maintenance, AI‑driven analytics, or other high‑tech SaaS solutions.Experience selling AI solutions is a strong plus.Other foreign languages are a strong plus.BenefitsTicket RestaurantsHealth insurance, on a CCNL insurance planWelfare plan, according to CCNLFlexible working hoursFlexible smart working policyDuvet dayWellness Package (Gym and Psychotherapy)Access to discounts with selected partnersAccess to courses for skills improvementSalary for the role: 50K-60K€Interview Process1st Stage: Interview with our People & Talent2nd Stage: Interview with Hiring Manager + offline business case3rd Stage: Last step to discuss the business caseWe hopefully make you an offer!DEI in AIKOAIKO is an equal‑opportunity employer.
