The Role

Lead and develop a team of Regional Managers across Italy
Drive sales growth and accountability within the sales organisation
Review and strengthen the current commercial structure
Set clear direction and targets, ensuring consistent execution in the field
Work cross-functionally with European and Italian leadership to align on strategy and expansion opportunities
Represent the company at a senior level with customers and within the wider organisation.

The Profile

Proven commercial leader with sales management experience in the dental industry
Experience managing field-based teams
Fluent in English; Italian native or fluent
Commercially astute, with the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
Based in Italy, with willingness to travel
