Job Title: Sales Manager (or similar)
Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing all sales activities in international markets and managing existing customer relationships. You will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring the achievement of sales, margin, and credit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Support existing customers and acquire new ones.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
CRM Data Management: Maintain and update master data in the CRM system.
Payment and Contract Compliance: Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments and breaches of contract.
Pricing: Implement and follow up on price adjustments.
Production Utilisation: Ensure full utilisation of production capacity through adequate projects.
Strategic Responsibilities:
Maintain customer proximity by being on-site and understanding their needs.
Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Conduct market development and competition analyses.
Achieve sales targets while respecting profit margins, customer conditions, and budgets.
Team Collaboration:
Work actively with the sales and project management teams within LIKUM Group.
Corporate Responsibilities:
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethics.
Collaborate and cooperate with all employees.
Serve as the management contact for all sales-related issues.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
Experience in sales, particularly in toolmaking, injection moulding, or plastic parts within the automotive industry.
Experience with international contracts.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel internationally.
Education:
Technical studies or comparable training with a solid technical background.

Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
