Position: Business Development Manager - Power Generation
Our client is a well-established industrial group active in the power generation sector, specializing in the development and production of electric drives and motion control solutions, with a strong international presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze foreign markets
Strategic planning of commercial activities
Manage international sales
Business development and establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients (O&M)
Negotiate and close commercial contracts
Adapt products to market needs
Collaborate with internal company functions
Monitor and analyze market performance, prepare periodic reports for management
Participate in industry fairs, events, and meetings with international clients and partners

Skills and Experience:
Candidates should meet the following requirements:

Education: Diploma or Degree (preferably technical orientation)
Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies with proprietary products and a significant international market presence
Industry background: Power Generation, Motion & Control
Language skills: Fluent English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
Technical knowledge:


Basic electrical engineering (power, voltage, etc.)
Familiarity with technical product sales and ability to interface with both commercial and technical stakeholders
Willingness to travel (approximately 50% of the time)
