Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing all sales activities in international markets and managing the existing customer base. You will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure to ensure the achievement of sales, margin, and credit targets.
Customer Engagement:
Support existing customers and acquire new ones.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing.
Maintain and update master data in the CRM system.
Communicate actively with customers regarding overdue payments and breaches of contract.
Implement and follow up on price adjustments.
Ensure full utilization of production through sufficient project acquisition.
Strategic Responsibilities:
Maintain customer proximity by being on-site and understanding their needs.
Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Develop market and competition analyses.
Achieve sales targets while adhering to profit margins, customer conditions, and budgets.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate actively with the sales team and the project management team within LIKUM Group.
Corporate Responsibilities:
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Collaborate and cooperate with all employees.
Serve as the management contact for all sales-related issues.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
Experience in sales, with knowledge of toolmaking, injection moulding, and/or plastic parts in the automotive industry.
Experience with international contracts.

Ability to build and maintain networks.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel internationally.
Education:
Technical studies or comparable training with a solid technical background.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Language Skills:
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
