JYX GmbH in Bensheim, founded in 2022, is a sales office of Jiayaoxing Packaging Group Co., Ltd., headquartered in Dongguan, China, with over 15 years of experience. We have additional locations in Hong Kong, the USA, and from 2024, Indonesia. About the Role
We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England.
Responsibilities

Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to achieve sales targets.
Build strong and effective business relations with the customer base.
Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability.
Work cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany.
Report sales activities weekly and monthly to the Vice President.

Required Skills

Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers include cosmetics, fragrance, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and in English.
Proficient in MS Office software.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets.
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
Experience in the packaging industry.
