Job ResponsibilitiesCapture new business opportunities to drive growthDevelop new customers and improve relationships with existing customersAlign the annual sales target with customers and monitor performance month over monthNegotiate pricing, contract terms, credit lines, and ensure timely collection of accounts receivableEnsure 100% customer satisfaction across pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale serviceIncrease revenues, profitability, and cash flow according to established KPIsSupport marketing activities and communication to enhance brand imageMonitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategiesCollaborate actively with Head office teams to receive support and provide feedback from the front lineTravel regularly to visit existing and potential clients in the regionRequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fieldsGood understanding of the distribution PV marketAt least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the PV or renewable energy industryExperience working in multinational companies with a global mindsetProven track record of successfully achieving sales targetsPV technical background is a plusPositive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spiritStrong negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing various customer levels from procurement to C-suiteA fast learner with street-smart qualitiesOther RequirementsProficiency in both written and spoken English and the local languageAbility to travel regularly and abroad on short notice
