Sales Manager to join our team at Rinascente (Milano). As a Sales Manager, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with store management to meet sales budgets and enhance client experiences.
Coordinate Front of House (FoH) and Back of House (BoH) activities.
Serve as a role model for sales staff and brand ambassador.
If a Key Holder, prioritize client service, meet sales targets, and manage operations.
Drive sales through excellent service and product knowledge.
Execute tasks set by management efficiently.
Support staff in achieving targets and enhance performance.
Analyze KPIs and develop strategies for improvement.
Assist with CRM activities and monitor sales trends.
Provide feedback on sales processes and product displays.
Coach staff on sales skills and brand knowledge.
Oversee stock and cash operations as needed.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
Knowledge of Client Ceremony and its implementation to increase the business.
Visual and Merchandising technique.
Stock management methods and techniques.
CRM methods and procedures.
