Key Responsibilities
Application of the commercial strategy and policy in the area of competence (partnership and / or short channel model)
Definition, monitoring and achievement of turnover and margin targets
Management and development of strategic customers
Preparation of coordination activities with one's manager and application of the defined plans
Market and competitor analysis
Identification and application of promotional campaigns and care of the exhibition set-ups
Region of responsibility: North part of Italy
Hard Skills
3+ years of experience in a similar role leading a business unit
Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus, but not mandatory
Strong technical skills
Negotiation skills
University degree
Soft Skills
English knowledge will be your preference
