Join to apply for the Sales Manager - Italy role at Nayax3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and qualified Sales Manager to join our team!As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our existing partners/customers located in Italy, preferably in Milan or Rome.The Sales Manager will report directly to the Sales Director in Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business, creating opportunities with customers (F2F)Act as a sales "hunter", lead sales, and close deals!Manage existing partners/customers to achieve long-term success.Act as the point of contact and handle their business needs.Resolve conflicts and provide business solutions to customers on time.Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase and reach the company's annual targets.Report on the status of accounts and transactions (MBR, QBR).Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives.Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.RequirementsProven track record with at least 4-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive in Italy.Experience in selling hardware solutions and services is a big advantage.Hands-on experience in sales and delivering excellent customer experience.English proficiency is required.Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (SalesForce preferred).Understanding of sales performance metrics (KPI).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.Willingness to travel frequently within Italy.BSc degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.Nice to HaveExperience in the payment industry.Experience with unattended, vending, and retail fields.Technical or pre-sales background with the ability to present demos.Location: Milan (with flexibility for remote work).Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionSales and Business DevelopmentThis job is active.
