Our clients love working with us, and now we need a strong leader to inspire and drive a results-focused sales team.Position detailsJob title: Sales Lead (FinTech)Contract type: 1 = fulltime - unlimitedResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and energize an experienced sales team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and consistent achievement of ambitious targets.Develop and expand relationships with major financial sector clients, focusing on both buy-side and sell-side customers.Advise customers on the value and ROI of our SaaS solutions, supporting the team in winning new business and growing existing accounts.Partner with leadership to shape and execute a growth-oriented sales strategy in the Italian market, contributing to Infront’s European expansion.As Sales Leader in Italy, you will drive growth and lead a high-performing sales organization within the Italian market.QualificationsDeep understanding of financial markets and a strong affinity for the financial services industry.Proven experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams, using structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC / MEDDPIC) to ensure consistent success.Degree in economics, finance, business administration, or a similar field.Strong background in technology sales (preferably SaaS), with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.Experience running pipeline and deal reviews, understanding conversion ratios and metrics, and managing proposals, negotiations, and closes.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, balancing long-term growth with immediate opportunities.Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
