We offer interesting and challenging tasks, a positive working environment in international teams and opportunities for personal development and growth in a global company.Your responsibilities and tasks:Cooperate with a team of qualified Technical Individual Contributors with mid and long-term experience in the application sector (industrial bakery)Strictly support and cooperate with assigned Area Managers with mid and long-term experience in the application sector (industrial bakery)Management of customer relationships concerning correspondence before, during, and after order acquisitionPreliminary evaluation and preparation for the Legal Department of GEA of NDAs, customer contracts, and Master AgreementsSupport for document management in tender procedures (BID)Preparation of commercial offers in collaboration with the Technical Offer and Area ManagerPreparation and management of internal process documentation for order acquisition (sales order, advance payment verification)Management of documentation for certification of intermediariesSupport for travel management (to and from customers)Support for managing customer visits, events, and trade fairsManagement of forms for intermediaries’ commissionsCRM management for Brazil and MexicoParticipation in weekly sales meetingsProactive participation in “inside sales” activities (pilot project), related management in the dedicated focus country, and KPI analysisAvailability to work both at the Colognola ai Colli (VR) office and, if necessary, at the Torrebelvicino (VI) officeSupports key SAP implementation users within the Commercial organizationYour profile and qualifications:University degree in foreign language, English, Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)Will be considered also economics, business management diploma / degrees with a strong B2B commercial foreign language backgroundMin 5-7 years experience in similar functions, mainly within relevant B2B industrial (ideally from food/bakery)Inside sales experience will be considered a plusSAP platform knowledge (preferred)Office Package masteringFluent in English, Spanish (Portuguese a plus)Previous exposure to industrial goods selling processes & toolsDiscipline in following processes and assigned standardsAbility to execute under time pressureAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCustomer-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGEA is an equal opportunity employer.
