Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Job DescriptionDXC is looking for a Sales Executive BPS who will be accountable for developing an active pipeline and managing varied sales cycle demands of Business Process Services.Job FunctionsDevelop and execute BPS sales strategies to meet revenue targets while accommodating varied sales cycle demandsLead and mentor a team of deal professionals, providing guidance and support in complex sales situationsMaintain a well-managed sales pipeline and continuously educate customers about BPS products, pricing, and market differentiatorsCultivate and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term business relationshipsAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects and strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure departmental alignment and mutual supportInnovate within the sales process by introducing process improvements and new technologiesHandle complex sales negotiations and participate in deal closingsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar roleProven track record in sales and sales enablementProficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysisA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther QualificationsAdvanced degree in a relevant field a plusRelevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plusLocation: Rome with smart working possibilityAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
