Tomorrow Group is looking for an enthusiastic applicant with proven experience in Wholesale & Showroom Sales to support the commercial team between 19th January and 19th March 2026.As Sales Executive you will support Tomorrow to achieve global sales targets, build and nurture client relationships, and ensure optimisation of the business in-season. You will be well connected, have in-depth knowledge of the contemporary market and understand the importance of brand positioning. You will have experience in womenswear and menswear, as well as a strong understanding of international markets and key players.What your day to day will look likeStrategic management and development of the client portfolio, with a strong focus on generating new business opportunities for the brands representedCoordination and supervision of sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with commercial guidelines and business objectivesDaily update of shared commercial repositories with relevant sales and market dataContinuous update of the company CRM with accounts, performance data, pipeline and deal statusDelivery of an excellent pre- and post-sales customer experience, ensuring premium service standardsMarket analysis and business development to identify new prospects and growth opportunitiesActive collaboration with the Sales Team to strengthen client relationships and achieve assigned targetsOngoing client relationship management, including outside of showroom periods, to ensure continuity and market presenceSupport to the Customer Service Team in order management and client satisfaction activitiesWork closely with the Senior Sales Manager on Brand ManagementHandle Showroom Appointments and Walk-ins alongside Brand Teams and Area ManagersProduce daily sales reports to monitor and feedback brand performanceUtilise the Order Taking System (JOOR)Requirements2 years of Fashion Wholesale and/or Buying experience. Knowledge of the denim segment is a strong plusStrong knowledge of Retail Business & MarketsSolid Reporting & Analytical SkillsExcellent organisational skills and keen eyes for detailAbility to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, and multitask in a fast-paced environmentMust speak Italian and English (Minimum level B2), any other language is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteMust have the legal right and eligibility to work in ItalyThe candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.
