About the Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an innovative SaaS company transforming the tourism industry, for a Sales Executive to join their passionate and fast-growing commercial team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients within the travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors.
Present the company’s innovative SaaS platform and demonstrate how it drives real business results.
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft compelling offers and campaigns.
Represent the company at industry events, fairs, and conferences.
Track and analyze performance to continuously improve sales effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, tech sales, or business development.
Proven success in closing deals and exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems, and consultative selling techniques.
Experience in the tourism, travel, or hospitality industries is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
Entrepreneurial mindset — driven, proactive, and resilient.
Based in Italy, with flexibility to work from the Milan office at least once a week.
