The candidate should have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and a keen understanding of seasonal market dynamics .Acquire new clients and manage relationships with existing ones, promoting and selling the company's products or servicesAchieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the organization's growth and successAdapt sales strategies according to seasonal demands, targeting appropriate B2B clients based on the season being promotedPromote and acquire clients for other properties within the group, including city hotels, seaside resorts, and thermal facilities, adapting approach to different market segmentsCORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESIdentify and qualify new potential clients through prospecting activities such as cold calling, networking events, and market researchDevelop relationships with MICE organizers, wellness retreat planners, sports tourism operators, and sustainable travel specialistsMaintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutionsPrepare and present commercial offers, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to close salesWork closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and satisfactory client experienceUtilize CRM systems to track sales activities, update client information, and provide performance reportsStay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to effectively position the company in the marketPERSONALITY AND SKILLSThe candidate should demonstrate :Effective Communicator : able to convey information clearly and persuasively to clients and colleaguesClient-Centric : skilled in understanding and addressing client needs, fostering trust-based relationshipsIndependent and Proactive : capable of working autonomously and taking initiative to achieve goalsOrganized and Efficient : managing time and priorities effectivelyAdaptable : flexible and resilient to changeBrand Ambassador : committed to upholding the brand's values and philosophyLocation : The role is primarily linked to the sales activities of Le Massif Hotel & Lodge , but the employee will be based at the central offices in Milan. Availability to travel for trade fairs and client meetings within Italy and abroad, and to be present at the hotel(s) when required, is essential.Report : Hierarchically to the property General Manager and functionally to relevant roles at HQs.RequisitiMinimum requirements to be shortlisted :At least 2 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in tourism or hospitalityFluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French or German is a plusAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPointAvailability to travel for trade fairs and client visits within Italy and abroadResults-oriented, focusing on achieving sales objectives and revenue optimizationConfident in using PMS (Protel, OnQPM) and CRM (Zoho, Delphi)EU citizen or holder of an Italian work visaJ-18808-Ljbffr
