Sales Engineer (m/f/d)
Panasonic Europe – a multinational leader in electronics and industry solutions.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development in the automation market, focusing on machine builders in the Romagna/Marche area.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Responsible for sales in Romagna/Marche area
Drive business development in the automation market with focus on machine builders
Promote advanced solutions: Motion Control, Digital Transformation, Industrial Sensing
Work with technologies such as PLC, HMI, IIoT, servodrives, brushless motors, photoelectric sensors
Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities through prospecting activities
Contribute to sales strategy and present results to management
Attend local and international workshops
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At least 3 years of experience in B2B tech sales
Technical background in electronics or electromechanics
Technical mindset with application orientation and commercial understanding
Customer‑focused and goal‑oriented with strong teamwork skills
Fluency in Italian; good English reading skills
Based in Romagna, willing to travel within the area
