Sales Engineer (m/f/d) / Ingegnere commerciale (m/f/d) – Senago (MI) at Thermokon Sensortechnik GmbH

Thermokon is a globally active, rapidly growing company with more than 300 employees at its two locations in Mittenaar and Bischoffen.
Responsibilities
Responsible for developing the promotion of products and solutions to thermal engineering design firms
Organise and participate in events such as exhibitions and conferences where THERMOKON solutions can be promoted
Research new markets where innovative solutions such as LoRaWAN technology can be applied and conduct product presentations and training courses
Responsible for promoting solutions and products through digital channels
Acquire new customers and manage customer care, mainly planners, system integrators and installers from the BMS, HVAC industries
Develop strategies and continuous market and competition analysis
Support customers with project planning
Frequent and supportive customer visits
Close cooperation with top management and the internal sales team
Qualifications
Technical background (bachelor/master/diploma)
Languages: Italian and fluency in German or English
Good command in MS Office applications
Open-minded, customer-oriented mindset and manners
Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably SAP and Salesforce
Professional experience in sales, electrical engineering, building automation or the HVAC industry
Ability to work independently
Willingness to travel
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Confident and engaging manner
