Job Description:
PURPOSE
Identify Sales Enablement issues and opportunities within the specified business segments. Develop, implement, measure, and refine bid-defense strategies and plans to generate customer-centric growth. Engage deeply with Sales teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with Business Development, Project Leaders, Therapeutic Strategy Leads, Medics, and other team members to support high-value, strategic presentations.
Assist in creating customer-focused bid defense presentations with clear messaging and visuals.
Build and maintain relationships with the Global Sales Organization, monitoring strategic opportunities.
Travel approximately 24 times per year for onsite support, including message development, slide design, and leadership in breakout groups.
Serve as a local subject matter expert for market segments, R&D bid support, and targeted accounts.
Analyze internal and external data to derive business insights and recommendations.
Stay informed on R&D business and leverage existing work in presentations.
Manage CRM analytics for bid support.
Coordinate with external agencies and internal groups to execute plans, including PowerPoint presentations and videos.
Continuously monitor and analyze business to adapt plans as needed.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint; strong design and messaging skills.
Excellent collaboration and alignment skills in a fast-paced environment.
Intelligence, curiosity, self-starter attitude, quick learner.
Ability to listen to diverse perspectives and act swiftly on feedback.
Decisiveness and composure under pressure.
Flexibility, integrity, and creativity in problem-solving.
Experience with Salesforce.com and video production is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Proven project management and organizational skills.

Effective relationship-building skills.
Experience or knowledge in pharmaceuticals, CRO, or related fields.
Understanding of R&D business.
Willingness to travel within the EMEA region approximately once or twice quarterly.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required, with relevant marketing, sales, or design experience, or equivalent education and experience.
