OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead and grow the commercial operations of a leading company in the medical imaging diagnostics sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in sales leadership, team management, and compliance within the healthcare or medical technology industry.ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and inspire the national sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targetsDefine and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goalsFoster a culture of transparency, accountability, and procedural rigorEnsure full compliance with industry regulations and internal policiesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Clinical AffairsReport directly to the President, providing regular updates on performance and market trendsQualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 in a leadership roleProven ability to manage and develop high-performing teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong commitment to transparency, procedural discipline, and regulatory complianceExperience in the medical imaging or broader healthcare/medtech industry is highly preferredFluent in Italian and EnglishWillingness to travel nationally as needed
