Tecno offers advanced, automated, and computerized systems for water supply, feeding, egg collection, air conditioning, and cleaning.Your ImpactDevelop Tecno product sales through establishing, developing and retaining customer and dealer relations, directly as well as via the sales teamLead, manage and coach the sales team and foster a culture of winning, innovation and continuous improvement to realise growth and maximize the results of the companyInvestigate and analyse customer and market trends and identify and pursue potential opportunities to increase salesTake charge of budget planning & sales forecast within Tecno, and manage sales activities to meet the sales objectivesEngage the sales support team and align with commercial excellence to develop aftersales business with direct customers and dealersEnsure feedback on competitive product and pricing in alignment with product management and collaborate with the marketing team on activities like product shows and campaignsAs part of the management team of Tecno contribute to the further development of the companyYour Experience and QualificationsProven track record of at least 10 years in a senior sales management role, preferably with 5+ years’ experience in global sales of complex machinery - preferably in agricultureExceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with proven experienceStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trendsExcellent oral and written English communication and presentation skills, a second non-native language is a plusAttractive, fair remuneration including participation in our global bonus schemeCompany carBalance of work, family and free time due to flexible working timePrivate health insurance with partial coverage of some medical expensesCanteen with meal allowanceWe value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
