Permanent, Full-Time, Day ShiftNumber of openings: 1Remote WorkingThe Package - What you could earnBasic salary negotiable depending on experienceSales Director - Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesTravel across South Europe territory as requiredCreate and execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand customer baseSell solutions into major retailers across the region, achieving/exceeding sales targets via annual subscriptionsUnderstand, learn, and deliver our proposition; communicate value through proposals and presentationsUnderstand category-specific landscapes and trendsMaintain an effective sales team through recruiting, onboarding, and training; monitor and appraise performanceAchieve sales targets while ensuring contracts are 'good business' with clear delivery expectationsBuild pipeline in collaboration with business development, marketing, and advisors; set priorities and contribute content for accountsMaximize networking and marketing opportunities; attend industry events and conferencesProvide accurate sales forecasts and activity reportsThe Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, and ExperienceExperience at a B2B technology provider (software or hardware) for storesProven sales experience in meeting/exceeding targetsAbility to communicate and influence at all organizational levels, including C-levelExperience as head of sales, developing client-focused solutionsExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience in business development for the retail or CPG sector, with understanding of Food, Drug, & Mass sectorsExperience implementing solutions into Retailers is valuableAbility to understand complex issues and develop solutions; business savvy with technology applicationsCreative in identifying sales opportunities; strategic and execution skillsAbility to build and develop strong client relationshipsHigh energy, positive outlook, and strong work ethic
