The company operates a modern fleet of 22 cruise ships, with three new vessels scheduled for launch in 2025, 2026, and 2027.We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Specialist NEM to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual eager to grow their career in the premium travel sector, focusing on developing new markets, enhancing product knowledge, and supporting existing sales channels.Key AccountabilitiesResearch and identify new potential distribution partners (e.g., high-end travel agencies, concierge services, private client advisors) in emerging markets.Develop and execute strategies to penetrate and grow sales in these markets.Create tailored sales presentations and materials for new business opportunities.Engage in outreach and follow-up activities with prospective partners under senior team guidance.Provide administrative and operational support to existing sales partners.Assist with sales inquiries, booking support, and problem resolution.Prepare sales reports, presentations, and market analyses for stakeholders.Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate partner information.Coordinate sales training sessions and familiarization trips.Act as a primary contact for routine communications with partners.Develop a comprehensive understanding of our brand, products, and target audience.Represent the brand professionally and passionately in all interactions.Qualifications (Skills, Competencies, Experience)1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or sales support, preferably in travel, hospitality, or related industries.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong interest and passion for the cruise industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Proactive, self-motivated, with a desire to learn and develop sales skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Willingness to travel up to 50% for market development and support activities.Visa RequirementsRight to work in Italy.Our CommitmentWe value diverse perspectives, embrace a borderless world, and foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.
