Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. You'll serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, representing the company's brand and driving revenue growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. This role is ideal for driven, self‑motivated professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct high volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Book meetings and demos for Account Executives with decision‑makers.
Research target industries, companies, and prospects in the DACH region.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.

Requirements

Business proficiency in German with excellent verbal & written communication skills.
1‑2 years of prior sales, lead generation, or customer‑facing experience (SDR/BDR experience preferred).
Comfortable conducting high outbound call volumes (80‑100+).
Strong English proficiency for internal collaboration.
Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, etc.) and CRM systems.
Resilient, target‑driven, and highly motivated to exceed expectations.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
