As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, leveraging your communication skills and sales talent to generate interest and book demo meetings.ResponsibilitiesProspect and engage with potential clients through outbound calls and exploiting leads from marketing campaignsQualify leads based on defined criteria and book meetings for the sales teamReactivating key leads and opportunitiesTargeting specific ICPs with high conversion rateKeep track of all interactions and opportunities in our CRM (Salesforce)Who you are / Qualifications1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar roleFamiliarity with the Horeca sector is a plus, although not mandatoryFluent in Italian; fluency in English would be a great plus to facilitate communication and trainingStrong communication and interpersonal skills helping you build connection quicklySelf-motivated, target-driven, and adaptableFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Why Join Us?Join a Start-up-like environment with the support of a bigger group (200+ employees overall)Uncapped commission plan that rewards performanceReady to make an impact?
