If you’re hungry for success and want to build a career in a fast-growing company, this is your moment!Every Alfa begins their journey with a fixed-term contract of 1 year (CCNL Commercio, III Level), with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term and continuing a long path of growth within our organization.Location : Milan, Via Eritrea n. 21 20157 (Palazzo Tecniche Nuove)Full Time : Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch breakHybrid Mode : 60% office, 40% home office - 3 days in the office, 2 days remoteStart Date : to be definedOffered Salary (gross) : 25-30K + commissionsTrial Period : 60 working days (3 months)What You’ll Do :Create Opportunities – Be the first point of contact with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities.Strategic Prospecting – Use cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to generate a qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team.Manage the Sales Funnel – Qualify leads and ensure every opportunity moves forward in the sales cycle.Market Research & Analysis – Identify new industries, sectors, and target audiences to maximize growth potential.Collaborate with Marketing & Sales – Optimize outreach strategies and improve lead conversion.Track Performance – Use our CRM to monitor activities and continuously refine your engagement strategy.Requirements include proven experience as an SDR or in a similar role, a closer mentality, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, ambition, continuous training, and a growth-oriented mindset.
