We’re growing fast and expanding across Europe.We’re seeking two motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who meet one of the following language profiles and have a basic knowledge of Italian: Full professional proficiency in German and fluent English; or Full professional proficiency in Spanish and fluent English; or Full professional proficiency in English.ResponsibilitiesOpen new doors and generate qualified leads across the European market in the events and MICE sectors.Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and phone to communicate the value of LetzFair’s solution.Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demos.Draft and send commercial proposals.Work closely with the CEO and the sales team to define goals, refine messaging, and optimize processes.Collaborate cross-functionally to provide feedback from the field.What we’re looking forFull professional proficiency in German or Spanish, currently residing in Italy, with excellent spoken and written English; or candidates with full professional proficiency in English.1+ year of experience in Sales / SDR / Business Development.Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar.Interest in SaaS, technology, events, and innovation.Collaborative mindset with daily interaction with the CEO and sales team to align strategy.Motivation, initiative, creativity, critical thinking, problem solving; comfortable in a startup environment; adaptable and quick to pick up new tools/processes.Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).What we offerA dynamic environment where your ideas matter; close collaboration with leadership and real impact on strategy.Clear career growth paths within the Sales organization.Opportunity to contribute to the future of the European event-tech market.Benefits package including meal vouchers, ongoing training and development, full-remote option.Our offices are based in Reggio Emilia and are open to on-site work; compensation: annual gross salary range 24,000€ - 35,000€ + OTE.How to applyReady to join us?
