Join our team and shape the digital future of the construction industry with us.The primary responsibilities for our next Sales Development Manager will be to:Make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of the construction industry and Hilti's evolution as a leading software provider in the industryResponsible for the strategic and operational management of your customer base: planning customer acquisition measures, arranging customer appointments, advancing strategic initiatives, creating sales offers, negotiating contracts and expanding accountsPresentation and sale of state-of-the-art software and services digitally and on the phone (if necessary, also on site at customers)Create, maintain and close deals through outbound qualificationImplementation of meaningful software demonstrations in front of potential new and existing customersEffectively collaborate with Marketing to build a quality opportunity pipelineAchievement of monthly and annual sales targetsWe’re looking for our next Sales Development Manager to have the following skills and experiences:Bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training1 to 3 years of experience in a sales role and/or in a project management role within the construction industryVery good knowledge of Italian and EnglishExcellent diagnostic, communication, consulting, and presentation skillsEnjoys advising customers digitally and by phone (and in person if necessary)Proven track record of meeting targetsSelf-initiative and strong motivation to achieve successAbility to use feedback in a positive and constructive wayConfident demeanor, empathy, and effective communication skills to build mutual understanding with potential customers at various levelsWillingness to travelAnd if you have any of the following, we REALLY want you to apply today!Experience in selling tech software or working in a start-up environmentEntrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented approachWhy Fieldwire?Fieldwire is a construction field management software, used on over 1,000,000+ projects worldwide.
