SALES CONSULTANT - TRAVEL EXPERIENCE DESIGNEREUR 40.000 - 60.000COMPANY DESCRIPTIONOur client is a global and well known company in the premium All-Inclusive Resort sector, which for over 70 years has combined culture, sports, and relaxation in exceptional destinations worldwide.ABOUT THE ROLEAs part of the Sales Team, you will inspire customers to discover life‑changing travel experiences while contributing to the growth of the Company's direct sales channels. You will be the key to enhancing customer satisfaction and strengthening client loyalty. You'll be responsible for:Drive Sales GrowthAccelerate direct sales by acquiring, retaining, and engaging customers through tailored offers and complementary servicesIdentify customer‑specific business opportunities (partnerships, influencer‑based referrals, etc.)Contribute to the evolution of sales processes to ensure efficiency and fluidity in daily operations (customer file, data catching, complaint tracking)Build Lasting Customer RelationshipsProvide premium and outstanding services through personalized communication (in person, via phone, or digital tools)Create lasting relationships with customers, proactively guiding them through their journey acting as a trusted advisorEnsure customer follow‑up and satisfactionDeeply understand customer expectations and motivations to design unique, tailor‑made tripsTransform customer aspirations into reality by crafting holidays tailored to their passions, whether they dream of skiing in the Alps or relaxing on remote beachesPromote top‑tier destinations and services through expertise and inspirationWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?5+ years in sales roles where you consistently met or exceeded targetsPremium attitude and experience working with high‑end customersSolid command of sales and negotiation techniquesExcellent interpersonal skills with strong networking/communication skillsStrong interest in travel and lifestyle industry. Previous experience in Tour Operator / Travel Agent / DMC / Hospitality is preferredDigitally proficient, with experience using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and sales tools
