Join to apply for the Sales Back Office Assistant (m/f/d) role at GRUBER Logistics.
We are looking for a candidate who will support our Central Sales Team with administrative activities and KPI reporting.
Responsibilities
Provide daily support to the sales force, taking care of organizational and administrative tasks.
Pricelist upload in the CRM and pricelist management.
Calculation of diesel floaters.
Preparation of lists of leads to be used by the sales force.
Analysis, reporting and KPI monitoring.
Required Profile
Previous experience in secretarial or administrative tasks (not mandatory).
Attitude to learning.
Good time management and prioritisation skills.
Dynamic and goal‑oriented approach.
Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.
Good English knowledge (German knowledge is a plus).
