Job Summary
As a sales associate, you will be the face of our company. You will highlight our brand and contribute to building our reputation as a customer-focused organization. Your responsibilities include assisting customers, recognizing their needs, and articulating our products and services professionally and insightfully. A positive, outgoing attitude and a desire to serve others are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Engage proactively with customers and build connections.
Ask questions and listen to customer needs.
Guide customers to merchandise and inform about promotions, upcoming events, and loyalty programs.
Provide excellent customer service and foster positive relationships.
Take accountability for actions and outcomes.


ORGANIZATION

Maintain the store appearance.


SALES

Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs.
Learn product features and stay updated on trends and promotions.
Use company tools and technology to assist customers confidently.
Process transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sales system, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, discounts, and gift cards.


INVENTORY

Manage merchandise, perform inventory processes, and ensure proper ticketing.


DEPENDABILITY

Adhere to work schedules and complete assignments reliably.


OTHER DUTIES

Perform additional tasks as assigned.



Qualifications

Basic product knowledge preferred.
Retail experience is a plus but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability to multi-task, work as part of a team, and take initiative.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
This role involves constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required. The work is primarily indoors, with outdoor work depending on location.
