Overview
Our Stylists are the ambassadors of the Maison, in charge of welcoming every guest into the Chloé family. They are a trustworthy advisor to clients and reliable partners for the Maison. We are looking for a motivated Stylist - 1y fixed-term that will join our Chloé family in Via della Spiga - Milano.
How will you make an impact?

Ensure every client is welcome and well taken care of, taking pride in developing long-term relationships
Be aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them
Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilizes all tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe
Offer excellent customer service and improve individual business performance

How will you experience success with us?

2/3 years of previous experience in retail sales and operations
Fluent in Italian, Arabic and English. Any other language is considered a plus
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
