Overview
As a member of the JD Team you will be responsible for delivering the best possible customer service every time a customer visits the store. You will assist the customer to maximise store productivity, meet sales targets and utilise the devices available in store.
Responsibilities

Customer Service: Assist the customer at all stages of the sale, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met.
Provide alternatives and maximise sales by also leveraging the digital channels offered by the company, guaranteeing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining sales floor standards and, when necessary, take care of cleanliness of the space.
Check stock on the shop floor and replenish as needed to ensure the full size range is available.

Qualifications

Experience in retail is preferred;
Excellent communication and customer management skills;
Team orientation and strong attention to detail.
