Adecco Fashion&Cosmetique is currently seeking a Counter Coordinator on behalf of a prestigious luxury fragance Maison.
The position is based in Florence for the counter in La Rinascente Firenze, with the mission of achieving sell out objectives while promoting the Brand image.
Responsibilities

Be actively involved to reach the sales targets on all categories
Cultivate a relationship with customers through an active presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines
Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs
Act as brand Ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
Ensure a high level of standards in Merchandising and Brand image according to corporate guidelines
Respect Retail Operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ
Use the main IT applications and systems, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company with reference to the Salesforce CRM system
Develop a unique customer experience and irreproachable service, build customer loyalty and develop the customer base
Monitor stock levels and cooperate with the stock team providing support

Person Specification

Previous experience in the luxury industry with a customer-oriented attitude
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive results
Positive Attitude, fragrance passionate and team oriented
Ability to listen and advise, have a taste for challenges and sales
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

We are offering an initial six-month contract, independent of the holiday season, with a solid prospect of transitioning to a permanent position.
The annual gross salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience and will include performance-based bonuses as well as meal vouchers.
The working schedule is part-time, amounting to 32 hours per week, distributed over shifts spanning 4 to 5 days weekly.
