Located in the heart of Venice, our historic fine jewellery house is seeking a passionate, refined, and skilled Sales Assistant to join the team at our boutique on Piazza San Marco.ResponsibilitiesWelcoming and providing personalized assistance to clients;Promoting and selling exclusive jewellery pieces resultingfromexcellent craftsmanship and unique design;Offering detailed information on the components, materials, and uniqueness of each creation;Handlingsales transactions and related documentation (invoices, returns, receipts);Taking care of product displays and ensuring the boutique maintains an elegant and welcoming atmosphere;Preparing and updating product sheets with attention to detail;Providing excellent after-sales service and managing any customer inquiries orcomplaints.Requirements :Hard Skills :Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management;Excellent organizational skills;Mandatory fluency in English;Please note that previous experience in fine jewellery is preferred but not required.Soft Skills :Good communication and interpersonal skills;Elegant, discreet and professional demeanor ; in line with the brand' historical tradition and image;Ability to establish lasting relationships of trust with clients;Precision and attention to detailContract details :Contract type: Fixed-term contract with the possibility of evolving into permanent employment;Full-time position (40 hours per week);Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm (1-hour lunch break);Immediate availability;Location: Piazza San Marco, Venice.
