The Role:
To maximize sales for the store;
To develop enduring relationships with clients;
To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests;
To approach customers and offer them advice and support on products to persuade them to buy;
To manage promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
To handle returns of merchandise;
To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;
To support the team in the general operations of the “The Bridge” store;
To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
To maintain the customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates;
To go the “extra mile” to meet targets.
The Candidate:
At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role;
Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired;
Experience in retail or the service industry;
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
Ability to communicate effectively and inspire customers & store colleagues;
