Responsibilities

Welcome potential customers and serve as the brand’s spokesperson.
Present product features and explain strengths relative to existing market options.
Engage customers in product trials through experiential activities.
Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and fellow Sales Assistants.
Collect data and information using the available digital tools.
Interface frequently with key brand stakeholders to stay updated on corporate directives.
Maintain presentation and aesthetics of the store.
Build one‑to‑one relationships and continually monitor the customer experience.
Cultivate a mindset oriented around Brand Identity.

Qualifications

Commercial experience, preferably in retail (boutique, store, etc.).
Excellent communication and relational skills with diverse clientele.
Knowledge of internal store operations (warehouse, inventory, cash register, etc.).
Ability to work closely with a team to boost group performance.
Passion for delivering a unique experience to potential customers.
Good command of English language.
