This role involves creating a personalized Golden total look for clients, capturing their dreams, and reflecting their personality. The position is key to achieving high customer satisfaction through compelling storytelling, exceptional service, and building lasting relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in expressing their personality through their ideal looks, contributing to store goals and customer satisfaction.Engage actively in sales by providing product insights, recommending additional items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, making them feel part of the Golden Family, using omnichannel practices and digital tools for personalized communication.Support store presentation, ensuring visual standards and product displays align with brand image.Assist with store operations, including opening / closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and safety standards.Utilize digital tools effectively to enhance business and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).RequirementsFluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling skills.Strong customer focus, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.Ability to monitor industry trends and understand the local market.Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.Team player.Location : FlorenceWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
