Sales Area Manager (Lazio, Umbria, Abruzzo)

This role focuses on contributing to sustainable growth by promoting our solutions to new and existing customers in the Central‑South region. You will represent the Atlas Copco brand, manage a schedule independently, and collaborate with Marketing, Aftermarket Service, and internal support teams to identify new business opportunities and ensure high‑quality service.
Responsibilities
Actively achieve the assigned sales target, ensuring quantitative and qualitative results.
Prepare accurate reports on activities (orders won/lost, follow‑up, funnel process).
Identify new potential customers and plan relationship building and development activities.
Manage the assigned area in compliance with Territory Management and Market Share objectives.
Use the company CRM for all activities, increasing the area’s Business Intelligence.
Stay constantly updated on products and sales strategies by attending training sessions and reading technical materials.
Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to Management.
Analyze market and competition, suggesting corrective actions and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Aftermarket Service teams to ensure long‑term relationships.
