About UsIngersoll Rand is a global market leader with a broad range of innovative and mission-critical air, fluid, energy, and medical technologies, providing services and solutions to increase industrial productivity and efficiency.Friulair professionally and passionately designs, develops and markets a wide range of compressed air treatment and industrial refrigeration products.Job SummaryThe Area Sales Manager Distribution Chiller and Dryer will be responsible for maximising the acquisition of new customers and orders in the assigned territory (EMEIA and other countries) and with Distribution sales responsibilities in the refrigerant and Air Treatment business, providing added value to the customers through technical, commercial and partnership skills.The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing Sales Representatives and will report directly to the Sales Manager Distribution.ResponsibilitiesDirect the sales force to achieve sales and profit goals through market penetration.Analyzes market potential for new products and applications.Identifying potential opportunities with existing customers and the acquisition of new customers to meet strategic business objectives.Manages multiple areas and adjusts sales goals and procedures for each Area.Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Ingersoll Rand contract templates when applicable.Draft technical offers.Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the sales volume.Develops and maintains a competent work force through training, coaching, and establishing goals and objectives.Basic QualificationsPost-secondary school degree: vocational degree or university degree (engineering degree will be considered positively), plus a bachelor’s or education in sales.Excellent sales and interpersonal skills.Extensive travelling.Sales experience in industrial environment (process cooling and Air Treatment are preferableTravel & Work Arrangements/RequirementsFlexible working, travel in the assigned Territory.Key CompetenciesBusiness English knowledge.Solid knowledge of process cooling and Air Treatment management with ability to support an train distributors in the field.A third language Knowledge will be considered as a plus, but not essential.What We OfferDynamic and International working environment.Company Share OptionsInternal canteenSpecific Smart Working PolicyCompany CarAttractive Incentive plan related to the goals achievement.Ingersoll Rand Inc.
