Job Overview
Sales Area Manager – Area Francofona
Location: Parma, Italy. Transfer frequent in the Francophone area. Full‑time, permanent contract (A). Base salary RAL €30,000‑45,000 + variable bonuses + company car.
Accomplished Italian PMI with 60 years of experience in pharmaceutical & beverage plant production.
Responsibilities
Lead and grow the commercial activity in the Francophone area.
Direct negotiations with clients and manage sale offers in collaboration with technical and purchasing departments.
Identify, activate, and supervise local agents and distributors.
Participate in international trade fairs to generate business contacts.
Visit clients and prospects to strengthen commercial relationships.
Define collaborations with sector partners and contribute to the commercial budget for the area.
Qualifications
Fluent French (C1) and English (C1); Spanish a plus.
Minimum 3 years commercial or area manager experience in sales to accounts.
Strong commercial drive, networking, and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills and goal orientation.
Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to diverse cultural contexts.
Good command of Microsoft Office.

Permanent contract with RAL €30,000‑45,000, adjusted on experience.
