In order to strengthen our sales department in Italy, we’re looking for a passionate, results-driven and eager-to-winto join our team in Milan.Reporting directly to the Sales Director, in this position you will work with our Marketing, Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams to drive new business across the Country, managing the full sales cycle. Targeting new logo companies in the North of Italy, you will be entitled to build a consistent pipeline of prospects and to successfully deal with our Partners’ network, with the aim of achieving Sales quota target.This role provides an ideal opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with a product at the technological forefront of its market.Core responsibilitiesIncrease sales of software licenses by independent acquisition of new customers.Manage and own the full sales cycle, including prospecting and qualification, contract negotiations, and closing businessMeet and exceed sales targetsQualify and manage leads provided by the Marketing team to a successful closureBuilding and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality opportunities by leveraging Marketing team, as well as through outbound territory developmentWork effectively in a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer successManage and drive multiple simultaneous sales cycles effectivelyUnderstand the functions, features and USPs of BOARD solution and be able to effectively communicate these to prospect and customersBuild and maintain strong customer relationships at Management and C-level, encourage the search of new potential partners and the support to the existing onesRequirements3+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Solution Sales, preferably in the CPM / EPM or BI spaceBroad experience in managing complex sales cycles targeting the Office of Finance, IT Dept., S&OP Dept. on client sideProven experience in successfully leveraging a Partner and Alliances networkKnowledge of MEDDIC opportunity managementKeen to learn the BOARD software and willing to highlight the benefits coming from our solutionsKnowledge of Financial processesFamiliarity with Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting processes, Business Analytics, Data Visualization, Data Management, and Financial ReportingUniversity Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar fieldsAbility to develop and manage trusted C-level relationshipsEntrepreneurial, self‐starter, team-minded and resilientCompetitive with hunter‐mentalityFluency in English is mandatoryBoard International is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.2Q5gWQ0nOX
