Sales Application Specialist Microbiology
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Sales Application Specialist Microbiology to support customer retention, product acceptance, and technical application support.
Key Responsibilities

Support pre‑sales and post‑sales activities including demonstrations, training on instrument operation and maintenance procedures, installation assistance, and field support.
Work closely with regional/local teams to protect, maintain, and grow company business with a focus on installed base support.
Communicate technical and clinical information, ensuring customers use instruments efficiently.
Drive continuous improvement of activities and processes to add value for customers and business.
Monitor customer satisfaction targets and adjust priorities to enhance the experience.
Manage existing accounts and exceed sales growth expectations for instruments and reagents.

Key Requirements

Master’s degree in Biomedical or similar; Microbiology Master’s preferred.
2+ years of clinical laboratory experience or equivalent.
Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time, including overnight stays in Italy and abroad; driving license mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian.
Ability to work autonomously and as a team player.
