About the Job / Sales Management Trainee Base: Milan, Italy
OPPO’s authorized distributor in Italy is launching a Management Trainee Program tailored to the Italian market. This program identifies and develops high‑potential managerial talents from outstanding graduates or young professionals. Trainees will grow into regional sales managers within 1–2 years, responsible for store operations, sales management and team empowerment.
Program Highlights
Training Support: Structured training and mentorship
Sales Experience: Hands‑on store practice to understand customers, market trends, sales strategies and team collaboration
Regional Coordination: Gradually assume responsibility for regional sales management and resource coordination
Career Advancement: Placement into formal positions upon evaluation, with potential to advance towards Sales, GTM and beyond
Responsibilities
Participate in frontline management and daily operations of local sales stores, gaining in‑depth knowledge of OPPO products, consumer behavior and channel models
Assist in sales target setting, promoter management, data analysis and execution of operational strategies
Learn and master core store management processes, including sales target breakdown, inventory control, display optimisation and customer service
Support regional training, performance tracking and execution of marketing activities, gradually developing managerial perspective and comprehensive skills
Actively coordinate cross‑functional resources, drive problem‑solving and process optimisation
Join periodic headquarters training, business reporting and performance reviews to continuously strengthen business capabilities and leadership potential
Requirements
Professional appearance, outgoing and approachable personality, strong interpersonal skills
Goal‑oriented, resilient, able to work under pressure and eager to take on challenges with strong ambition for self‑growth
Possesses strong teamwork skills and is willing to drive the achievement of goals
Strong analytical mindset with skills in data analysis and summarisation
Strong language skills: Fluency in Mandarin and Italian required for daily business communication (English is a puls)
Holder of a valid local driving licence
Bachelor’s degree or higher, major not limited
